Aidan Erickson-Mullane joined Bain Capital in 2026. He is an Associate on the Real Estate team.

Prior to joining Bain Capital, Aidan was a Senior Analyst on the Real Estate Investments team at StepStone Group, where he focused on acquisitions across North America for the group's opportunistic fund series.

EDUCATION

Aidan received a BBA in finance from the Isenberg School of Management at the University of Massachusetts Amherst.
