Andrew Terris
EXPERIENCE

Mr. Terris joined Bain Capital in 2018 as part of Bain Capital Real Estate’s founding team. He is based in San Francisco. Prior to joining Bain Capital, Mr. Terris was a Senior Vice President and Portfolio Manager in Harvard Management Company’s (HMC) Real Estate Investment Group, where he was responsible for sourcing, negotiating, structuring and managing HMC’s real estate investments.

Prior to joining HMC in 2011, Mr. Terris was the Founder and Director of the Major League Soccer (MLS) Players Union's Career Development Program, which provides post-career transition assistance to all current and former MLS players. Prior to that, he was a professional soccer player for two seasons in the MLS, primarily for D.C. United and FC Dallas (formerly known as Dallas Burn).

EDUCATION

Mr. Terris received an MBA from Harvard Business School and a BA from Stanford University in Psychology, where he was named Academic All-American and was the recipient of the prestigious NCAA Postgraduate Scholarship award, which recognizes the NCAA’s most accomplished student-athletes for their excellence in both athletics and academics.
