EXPERIENCE

Ms. Castle leads efforts to attract, hire and develop top talent across our Real Estate team.  Ashley joined Bain Capital in 2018 and spent her first six years supporting Talent initiatives for the North America Private Equity team. Prior to Bain Capital, she held Talent roles at Bain & Company and WilmerHale.

EDUCATION

Ms. Castle holds a BA in American Studies from Connecticut College.
