Ms. Finch joined the Bain Capital Real Estate team in 2023. Prior to joining Bain Capital, Ms. Finch interned in the Real Estate, Gaming and Lodging Group at Jefferies.
Ms. Finch graduated summa cum laude with a B.S. in Economics from The Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania.
