EXPERIENCE

Chris Beardmore joined Bain Capital in 2026. He is an Associate General Counsel on the Real Estate and Special Situations teams in Europe.

Prior to joining Bain Capital, Chris was a counsel at Akin Gump LLP, primarily focused on special situations, cross border, high value M&A, and restructurings. During his time at Akin, he also spent two years seconded to the Bain Capital European Special Situations team. 

EDUCATION

Chris holds a BSc from the University of Bristol in chemistry and law and an LLM from Durham University in international trade law. Chris is a solicitor of England and Wales.
