EXPERIENCE

Giuseppe Mascia joined Bain Capital in 2021. He is an Executive Vice President on the Special Situations Portfolio team, supporting assets across both Special Situations and Real Estate businesses in Europe.

Prior to joining Bain Capital, Giuseppe worked in asset management at Davidson Kempner in London. Previously, he held senior roles overseeing European non-performing loans and real estate management. 

EDUCATION

Giuseppe received an MBA from Hong Kong University of Science and Technology and an MSc in economics from the University of Naples.
