Mr. Don joined Bain Capital in 2023. Prior to joining Bain Capital, Mr. Don was an Analyst in the Real Estate, Gaming and Lodging Group at Jefferies, where he advised public and private companies on various capital raising and M&A transactions.
Mr. Don received a B.S. in Economics from Duke University.
