Jared Melnik
EXPERIENCE

Mr. Melnik joined Bain Capital in 2023. He is a Managing Director on the Real Estate team. 

Prior to joining Bain Capital, Mr. Melnik was Managing Director and Head of Hotel Acquisitions for the Americas at Starwood Capital.  Before that Mr. Melnik was a Principal at KSL Capital Partners, a travel and leisure focused investment manager, where he served as a member of the Investment Committee overseeing equity and debt investments.  He began his career as an investment banker in the Gaming and Leisure Group at Merrill Lynch.
 

EDUCATION

Mr. Melnik received a B.S. in Finance and International Business, magna cum laude, from New York University's Stern School of Business and is a CFA charterholder.
