Joseph Yannone

EXPERIENCE

Mr. Yannone joined Bain Capital in 2018 as part of Bain Capital Real Estate’s founding team. He is the Chief Financial Officer for Bain Capital Real Estate. Prior to joining Bain Capital, Mr. Yannone was a Vice President in Harvard Management Company’s (HMC) Real Estate Investment Group where he was focused on the direct property portfolio with oversight of performance, portfolio management, property valuations, annual third-party audit, and financial reporting.

Prior to joining HMC in 2015, Mr. Yannone was Director of Finance at The DSF Group where he managed the finance, accounting and asset management departments and was responsible for investment and debt valuations, investor relations, fundraising, financial reporting, internal controls, and annual property operating and capital budgets. From 2006 to 2013, he worked at Guggenheim Real Estate where he specialized in financial reporting, fund performance, cash management and investor reporting. Mr. Yannone began his career at PricewaterhouseCoopers LLP where he was a member of the audit practice.

EDUCATION

Mr. Yannone received his BBA from the Isenberg School of Management at the University of Massachusetts at Amherst.
