EXPERIENCE

Ms. Wickremage joined Bain Capital in 2018 as part of Bain Capital Real Estate’s founding team. Prior to joining Bain Capital, Ms. Wickremage was a Senior Vice President and Portfolio Manager in Harvard Management Company’s (HMC) Real Estate Investment Group where she was responsible for sourcing, underwriting, structuring, negotiating and managing HMC’s real estate investments.

Prior to joining HMC in 2005, Ms. Wickremage was a Project Manager in the Boston office of Bovis Lend Lease. While there, she worked on the development of Ritz Carlton Towers, a large scale mixed use project in downtown Boston and on the development of a complex biotech asset, the Merck Pharmaceuticals Research and Development facility in the Fenway, Boston.

EDUCATION

Ms. Wickremage holds an MBA in Real Estate and Finance from the Wharton School of Business at the University of Pennsylvania and received a BS, magna cum laude, in Civil Engineering and Architectural Engineering from Drexel University.
