EXPERIENCE

Kellie Walgreen joined Bain Capital in 2026.  She is a Director on the real estate team focused on asset management for the living sector.  

Prior to joining Bain Capital, Kellie spent 21 years at AEW Capital Management, most recently serving as Senior Vice President and Head of East Coast Multifamily Asset Management, where she oversaw investment performance for a portfolio of more than 100 investments totaling approximately 25,000 units. Earlier in her career, she was an analyst at Fidelity Investments and Fleet Bank.

EDUCATION

Kellie holds an MBA from Babson F.W. Olin Graduate School of Business and a BS in finance and investments from Babson College.
