EXPERIENCE

Marco Scola joined Bain Capital in 2025. He is a Director on the Real Estate team.

Prior to joining Bain Capital, Marco was a Senior Director at WS Development where his responsibilities included leading the asset management of WS Development’s 7.6 million square foot Boston Seaport portfolio. Prior to that, he was a Director at Anton Development Company where he was responsible for acquisitions and capital markets. He began his career at Barclays in their investment banking division. 

EDUCATION

Marco holds an MA in finance and a BA in economics from Claremont McKenna College.
