EXPERIENCE

Neil Conklin joined Bain Capital in 2023. He is a Vice President of Finance on the Real Estate team, responsible for overseeing valuation, performance measurement, and fund forecasting.

Prior to joining Bain Capital, Neil was a Senior Manager in PwC’s real estate valuation and consulting group in Boston. Previously, he worked in PwC's real estate assurance practice in Boston and London.

EDUCATION

Neil received an MS in accounting and a BS in finance from Wake Forest University.
