EXPERIENCE

Stephen Berrow joined Bain Capital in 2023. He is a Managing Director on the Special Situations team and supports Portfolio and Asset Management across both Special Situations and Real Estate in Europe.

Prior to joining Bain Capital, Stephen held a variety of commercial finance and business transformation roles in the aerospace, manufacturing, software, and outsourced services industries, latterly as SVP Finance at Meggitt plc. 

EDUCATION

Stephen is an ICAEW FCA qualified accountant and received an MA degree from Oxford University.
