Sydney Kennedy joined Bain Capital in 2026. She is an Analyst on the Real Estate team. 

Prior to joining Bain Capital, Sydney interned on Bain Capital's Real Estate team and at PGIM Real Estate.

EDUCATION

Sydney received a BBA in finance and real estate and a certificate in personal and organizational leadership from the University of Georgia Terry College of Business.
