EXPERIENCE

Trip Templeman joined Bain Capital in 2026. He is a Vice President on the Real Estate team, focused on acquisitions, asset management, and dispositions within the hospitality sector.

Prior to joining Bain Capital, Trip was a Director at Koch Real Estate Investments responsible for originating and executing joint venture equity transactions across asset classes. Trip began his career at Goldman Sachs in the Real Estate Principal Investment Area where he invested in equity and debt transactions across asset classes, risk profiles, and fund strategies.

EDUCATION

Trip graduated from the University of Virginia's McIntire School of Commerce with a BS in finance, management, and real estate.
