Mr. Bass joined Bain Capital in 2023. Prior to joining Bain Capital, Mr. Bass was a Senior Analyst at JBG Smith where he worked on the Residential and Retail Asset Management teams.
Mr. Bass graduated magna cum laude with a B.S. in Economics from the Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania.
