EXPERIENCE

Ms. Salon joined Bain Capital in 2019. Prior to joining Bain Capital, Ms. Salon was a Consultant at Boston Consulting Group (BCG) in Boston where she advised on strategy and due diligence engagements across diverse sectors.

Previously, Ms. Salon was a Senior Associate in Harvard Management Company’s (HMC) Real Estate Investment Group where she was responsible for the acquisition and portfolio management of HMC’s real estate investments. She started her career as an Analyst in the Private Equity and Real Assets group at Bank of America Merrill Lynch. 

EDUCATION

Ms. Salon holds an MBA from Harvard Business School and received a BBA, summa cum laude, in Finance and Mathematics from the University of Notre Dame.
