Mr. Fournier joined Bain Capital in 2021. Prior to joining Bain Capital, Mr. Fournier was an Analyst in the Global Industrials Group at Barclays Investment Bank where he advised public and private companies on M&A and capital raising transactions.
Mr. Fournier received a B.S. in Finance from Wake Forest University.
