Liam Harvey
EXPERIENCE

Mr. Harvey joined Bain Capital in 2023. He is a Vice President focused on acquisitions, portfolio management, and dispositions across various real estate property sectors. 

Prior to Bain Capital, Mr. Harvey was the Director of Investments at Aspen Heights Partners, a vertically integrated developer of student housing, multifamily and build-to-rent assets throughout the United States. Mr. Harvey began his career at Castellan Real Estate Partners, a real estate private equity firm located in New York that specialized in market-rate multifamily investments. 

EDUCATION

Mr. Harvey holds an MBA from Harvard Business School, an MS in Finance from Boston College and a BSBA, summa cum laude, in International Economics from the University of Central Florida.
