EXPERIENCE

Mr. Ward joined the Bain Capital Real Estate team in 2023. Prior to joining Bain Capital, Mr. Ward was an Analyst in the Real Estate Investment Banking Group at J.P. Morgan where he advised public and private companies on M&A and capital markets transactions. Mr. Ward began his career as an Investment Banking Analyst in the Real Estate Investment Banking Group at Truist Securities.

EDUCATION

Mr. Ward holds an M.S. in Finance from the Owen Graduate School of Management at Vanderbilt University and a B.A. in Accounting & Finance from Ouachita Baptist University.
